Students will learn to make basic focaccia dough which can be topped with a variety of toppings for a bread basket to a thick crust pizza.  Basic dinner roll dough will also be made into small buttery rolls as well as oversized buns for burgers.  Learn how to turn that same dough into a soft traditional loaf for slicing into sandwiches or toast!  Wheat dough with nuts and seeds will also be explored.
